QUESTIONS OFTEN ASKED:

“In what way does Jackson Taylor differ from other Executive Search firms?”

This is not an easy question to answer without implying arrogance and in any event many of the other firms are good friends of ours.

We do however have a policy with regard to our own Consultants: they have all held office in industry, commerce and the professions at the highest level. We meet clients on equal terms and are able to discuss authoritatively with candidates the job vacancy in detail. We accept work which is within our team experience.


“How closely do you work with the client?”

We work closely with our clients to produce a detailed specification of the position to be filled and the ideal candidate to fill the role, taking into account the culture of the firm. This is agreed with our client before we commence the search, which is designed to produce a shortlist of candidates within 8 weeks of commencement. We liaise closely with our client throughout the process and like to build up a strong rapport with them, developing an ongoing relationship and a closer understanding of their business.
